[ How to Make Your Own Mouthpiece ]
1. Dip the edge of the mouthpiece into hot water (around 80°C) for about 3-10 seconds until it softens.
*If you dip the mouthpiece into boiling water immediately, it may shrink too much and become unusable.
2. After confirming it has cooled slightly, place it over your upper teeth and gently bite down and press. Do the same for your lower teeth.
3. Firmly press from the outside of your teeth with your hands, and press strongly from the inside with your tongue. After pressing for about 1 minute, place it in cold water for about 10 seconds to stabilize. Trim any excess parts with scissors, and it's complete.
